We invite you to look closely at joining Primary Care Physicians, P.C. a PGIP organization

Running a private practice is more than hiring an office manager, a medical biller, and treating patients. There are many responsibilities that could distract physicians from practicing at the top of their license. Physicians have to manage money, get accreditations for insurance, maintain HIPAA compliance, and assure all staff has up to date training with the ever-changing policies and procedures of healthcare. With those factors being a part of the equation, the role of the Physician Organization was created.
We are DMC Primary Care Physicians, P.C. we focus on providing your practice the support and administrative efficiency it takes to contend in this new era. We represent the South East Michigan region contracting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network for Board Certified physicians looking for participation and association with an award-winning and prestigious organization.
Allow us to connect your practice with PGIP, we can nominate you for Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), make you more efficient in providing healthcare, and boost you to the top of the lists in Michigan. Our Physician Organization (PO) has been a “Nascent Organized System of Care Cost Trend Benchmark Performer” for the past 3 years. From insurance specialists to medical coders and information technology, our PO is here for your administrative needs. When you think, “How can I help my practice,” think DMC Primary Care Physicians.
With our strong background in NCQA accreditation, our no-cost disease registry and over twenty years of administrative experience, we welcome you to join our team. Let us know today you are interested. We would be honored to assist in the transition of your practice as you become a part of the DMC Primary Care Physicians team.
HEDIS Scores – Keep them up!
To help increase your reimbursements, here are
a couple of key ways to improve your HEDIS scores:
• Use a Disease Registry like HUB, our FREE
registry. HUB access is easy through the Internet
and we can train your staff at your office at a time
that is convenient for you.
• Use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Need another reason to adopt an EMR? Medicare
will soon be penalizing physicians who are not
“meaningful users” of Certified Electronic Medical
Record software. Payments will be reduced by 1% in
2015, then 2% in 2016, 3% in 2017 and 4% in 2018.
This is another reason to not wait to adopt an EMR.
We can help pay for the costs of implementing HUB.
If you’re already using a disease registry and/or EMR,
please confirm it with us so your office will receive
our new Registry Incentive Payment and we can
establish a data exchange.
